Plot:
Following the assassination of the Connato President, Eugene Serrano, S.S.D.E. hero, Jacky Miller has been implicated in the crime.

S.S.D.E. can only protect Miller for 48 hours before they turn him in to the Connatean authorities. During this time, S.S.D.E. cannot provide Miller with any assistance, but can only provide one lead — an S.S.D.E. heroine named Selina Soleil (code-named "Silver") has the information he needs to process his name-clearing spree. Selina is currently located at a yacht owned by the criminal organization Tracina. S.S.D.E. leaves Miller with the yacht's coordinates before the agency leaves him on his own. Unless Miller can clear his name within the 48-hour block, the covert agency will have no choice but to disregard the work Jacky completed as an S.S.D.E. hero.

After Tracina kidnaps Joanna, Miller descends into the yacht to take on the yacht clerks of the Tracina Organization. Rescuing Selina, Miller finds out that a Connatean kingpin, Jataron Blanco, was the assassin liable for framing him. An explosive prank by Tracina forces Selina and Miller to flee separate ways.

As they part ways, Miller finds unwelcome company from Connato authorities including Connatean punks.

Escaping the airport by a taxi cab, the driver escorts Miller to Blanco's mansion where a violent gunfight between Blanco and Miller takes place. Seeking answers, Miller disables Blanco, but before Miller starts interrogating him, Wild Dark double-crosses Blanco leaving Jacky no hope. However, Blanco tells Miller to go to Geo Cono in order to find the truth.

Infiltrating Geo Cono and surpassing Wild Dark's elaborate traps, Jacky suddenly finds President Serrano actually held captive and learns the truth behind Project Baron, him being framed for a crime he would never commit, and why Wild Dark occupied Geo Cono.

Committed to clear Jacky's name, Serrano orders Miller to stop Project Baron, Wild Dark's uranium monster army, and settle the score with him at his lair.

Jacky, acting on orders under President Serrano, eventually wipes out the sinister Project Baron plot and defeats Wild Dark and ultimately clears his name of all wrongdoings implicated against him.
